1) This is a blog about being on a restrictive diet! Don't read it if that would be bad for you :-/ Honestly I think HAES is the best approach to health and YET.
2) This is a blog about grain-free high-protein diets! But I really don't think they are any more natural to humanity than anything else, and I have some Serious Questions about them on a number of levels.
3) And yet I want to both talk about paleo/primal recipes AND BE RUDE ABOUT ARCHAEOLOGICAL CLAIMS at the same time. This is a weird life choice I am making.
